Does anyone have more details about what T-3802 accomplished or tried so far (as it relates to Unionization) - I am not fishing for confidental info that may harm anyone here, just wanted to see what we publicly know - I am pissed beyond comprehension and willing to get involved as it relates to Unions, just want to see where our baseline is

Yes, we have ALOT OF PISSED OFF EMPLOYEES & we will have Union Cards available Monday & beyond OFF SITE !!! The best advice I have is to pretend like life is great at Target & sign up ANYONE & EVERYONE to sign the cards. It is totally anonymous & they will not know you signed & if we can get at least 60 % of the people on board , we will be voting in no time . You will have representation & you will NEVER HAVE TO SIGN A CORRECIVE ACTION SHEET WITHOUT HAVING A UNION REP THERE with you. Basically , if you don't screw up , you WILL NOT BE SCREWED WITH & forced out of your job. This is for OUR PROTECTION !! I do NOT HATE TARGET , just the way they are treating the employees. By the way , that is totally Awesome is T-579 does the same !!! Stay in touch here for further details
Last year it was really close. TMs were working closely with Teamsters, holding regular meetings. If Target had not brought in high level HR execs at the last minute it would of passed. That is what turned the tide. Target will play dirty to keep a union out, so be prepared.
