Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

Now is the time to Unionize. Target has made it very clear that no one's job is safe. T-3802 tried to bring in a union last year and they are currently trying to do so again. Their first attempt last year was close, with security and logistics getting screwed over I'd say now is the time to rally and support a Union. The employees should not have to suffer for the mistakes of target/HQ executives. Target Canada was a epic fail, and who in the end paid the price? Loyal Target employees. Target is a shit hole and it's a sinking ship. The only advice i can give to anyone who is employed there is to get out ASAP, especially if you are Merit based. It won't be long until we are all outsourced or replaced by Temp workers!!!!
