Three points to lead to recovery: Scrap Canada, Fix the USA, Hire the leader from Inside - nothing much. In addition: let IT innovate, focus on US, focus on the customer and quality merchandise. For next 8 quarters, f the shareholder, f executive compensation, rally the troops, treat employees well - they will give you 200%, they will make it happen for you... Be humble but hard driving, have sense of vision and a clear mission and results will come. Simple as that...
