It basically tells you the "Target Truth" about Unions. Also says that Target doesn't want unions in their buildings they want employees to tell them what the problems are so they can be fixed. People from HQ will come around and talk to team-members, in the end nothing ever gets fixed. Everyone at my DC has seen it since we tried to bring in a union last year and we are now trying to push for a Union again. Since they just cut logistics and security positions the odds are better for success!
