I heard they will be cutting them in September. Too many "managers" anyway. They don't need that many to manage a store smh. Also like y'all said they don't do anything anyway and get paid the big bucks while we work our a$$ off cashiering and working the sales floor!! On top if that they get bonuses off of the work the people below them do on a daily such as getting redcards, selling replacement plans etc... Smh makes me sick!

Thats basically how it is at my Target too... smh its getting crazy. Need to find new employment ASAP!!! September will be here before you know it. Its really gonna be crazy then!!
I also heard TL will be gone come Sept . Right now our store is a complete mess . The target brand is gone . We just now pick up off the floor and leave .Shame . Cashiers get written up for not being able to get red cards ! No payroll for orientation ! Really !! Two employees on the floor but we still have to answer why our survey scores are red !! What a freakin joke . And most of our time is spent on the registers cause we have no payroll for any cashiers .. !!!
