Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

I sat in on a meeting regarding this 3 months ago. Layoffs were discussed, and were finally implemented in January. But all ISM and IT managers agreed that we could keep top talent from bailing ship by just promising Blue Jeans everyday of the week. Unbelievable that the corp staff can't see through the smoke screen. Just got out of another meeting....which Target never does on Fridays....end of March is going to be a bloodbath for corporate employees. Wear the jeans....drink the potion. Same mantra
