Best thing that can happen to Target. When the leader of a technology organization does not understand technology, then obviously people, who surround her, will not give a damn to technology. Then the 'No Techie' culture drift down to whole organization which in the end only delivers shit technology solution. She is singly handedly responsible where TTS stands today and Target leadership took too long to understand that.

Waiting for Target to backfill the CIO and CISO with two more people who have not worked in tech a day in their lives. The problem is Gregg's ability to hire and putting the right people in the right roles. Even if Target did bring in folks with the right background to effectively manage IT and Security they wouldn't get any traction in Targets cultural environment.
