This BA to PM is Killing in some areas . Some ABA have become PL and creating mess , they don't have right skill set nor being supported by good PM as buddy . Some Past PM who became BA to become individual contributor (bad LUF,people management skills) have come back to same roles creating the same mess they used to create in past. NOT ALL BA CAN BECOME PM and VICE VERSA. Please don't DO this BLIND MOVE and KILL the Delivery teams time/test their patience..Please . It is making us pissed off
