Minimal hiring and deep cuts, that's called rebalancing, stupid too... Sacconaghi from BR thinks we'll cut over 13K, he's probably right, historically he's been well informed. Earlier in Feb, IBM let over 1000 workers go in Europe & India. It's a cluster, all over the place. Now, last numbers I saw were around 400K total for IBM - anybody knows where we stand today?
