As soon as "G Asset Management" takes a controling stake you'll see layoffs and cost cutting - they are all about cash flow and you'll see all possible variations of cost cutting - cutting staff will be the first move they will make and we should all get used to downsizing because it'll happen month after month. Just my two cents.
