BAs with no experience in handling projects or resources are given the responsibility of Project Management;
it's like hot cheese stuck in throat, one wants to neither spit nor swallow;
half of the BAs are happy with 'Manager' in new Project Manager title and remaining are hating it;
almost all of Target India folks' resumes on Naukri.com but no takers;
new fancy titles to many but no one wants;
zero productivity in this chaos;
waiting for TIP but everyone knows there isn't anything to expect;
nine varieties of free food to eat at cafeteria but all are tasteless;
pure entertainment for contractors sitting at TI premises and they are laughing, enjoying and cheering;
literarily no productivity due to rumours and confusion;
custom build CoE folks have one foot out but no offers in hand;
testing CoE still secretly dreaming of getting acquired by TCS;
current leaders are fickle minded and old CxOs trying to exploit the situation;
middle layer still counting their luck with 'english, englis....."
blame the situation on data breach;
laid off guys laughing on their way to bank;
many more transformations you name it are announced or on cards - MSP, SDM, new SDM, BTT strategy, vendor management, blah,blah,,,,.....blah.... going to dogs.....blah, blah.....blah
guys who had never even thought about sitting in airplanes even in their dreams are bragging about snow storms that they tell they are enjoying in MPLS in-spite such climates are depressing and suicidal;
hmmm... list grows but I give up....
