Had one offer me everything in writing as a legal binding contract with a guaranteed severance, I love this new thing called transparency I am getting exposed to. Offered an even higher package if I moved to land in Houston. I even knew someone last month who left because he disliked it so bad it wasn't even worth waiting for the bonus, and that's saying something. Don't worry the mgmt still got their bonuses on time in January, glad no double standard. Do yourself and your family a favor and take all the calls you can.
