Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

Target is management heavy and laying off productive workers and reorganizing the remaining will create work slow downs as TM's adjust to their new role. Those that can adapt quickly will be safe, the slow to adopt will be in a future lay off. The next round of lay offs that will happen in late March will be focused on leaders that have less than 5 direct reports, TM's that have trouble adjusting, TIP and EA that are tied to information protection, and some TM's who are connected to store POS and the FTP breach issues. One question: Is Beth Jacob's job safe? You don't hear anything from her about the breach, but you hear from Gregg and John about it.
