So the new transformation is merging multiple teams into others and combining the BA and PM roles into one hybrid. What? So now talented BAs will need to struggle with the task of managing tasks and talented PMs will now need to spend time doing requirements. If only there were true leaders at Target... And guys in India, you need more discipline in your work.
