OK, so Target has too many "leaders" and is top heavy as an organization, and you have to be pretty or dress well to get promoted. Understood and agreed. Let's not all preach to the choir about who SHOULD be laid off, and keep this thread about what's being said in the halls and conference rooms (or bathrooms or happy hours) about the upcoming layoff so people can be adequately prepared.
