I think there are too many leaders above PG 16 which creates it top management heavy org.It creates so many layers. At least PG 16 and below are working at grass root levels in getting the things resolved on
daily basis. They have deal to with hard nuts in TCS team on daily bases. Target today has failed because of strategies created by senior leaders. PG 16 and below below do not have any say in decision making. In service based companies where one GM is controlling a group of 1000 people. Why do we have 30 GM's for 1200 people.30 GM's in any service based company can manage 30*1000 people.
