The layoff procedure was really shocking. My manager set up a meeting titled "1on1" but it wasn't 1on1 as a HR girl was with us. After quick talk and signing agreement I formally had 0.5h free time to eg collect some private data under supervision (which I extended to a bit over 1h) and say goodbye.
Really quick and hard kick off, but at least they told me they will pay for the whole month (my contract ends this month) and I'm free from any work already.
