+1 to anonomous123 who pointed out that the ones doing the actual work are continually brought down at Target. The ONLY thing that matters in getting ahead is personal marketing skills. The faker you can be, the better off you will be. Its a shame to see a beautiful company be rotted from the inside out due to this culture issue. Get rid of the yes-men and bimbos, and truly develop a culture of candor.
