Dont compare Target / TTS to Amazon , google. To become Amazon, first leadership at the top has to change, they have to be technical hands on and technology aware and not initiative aware( Basically useless work or no work :))specially in Target India.
Even now in Target India people are busy doing initiative without project ? All the best to such people and such leadership.
