Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

It is common sense..with what is going on with Target, there will be RIF. What else companies do..just RIF the employees which is the easiest thing to do, to show wall street on cost cutting and keep the share price up. They never fix the real reason for the issue which is, in the first place not hiring good technology people. Instead hiring too many managers. TTS probably need to move to silicon valley to be competitive. TTS is the core to the retail buisness and is NOT any more Buisness group itself. Please focus on the technical content/expertise of the people and not just the marketing/sales expertise of the people. Learn from Amazon, Google etc etc.
