Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

Anonymous2021...sorry, but your view on the domestic/US/HQ layoff is inconsistent with every other rumor that has been going around. The whole point of the "re-org" is to get the layoff payouts on 2013's books so Target can start 2014 fresh and lean. Taking 5-6 months to slowly re-org does not make fiscal sense. And if I had my drothers, I would hope they just rip off the Band Aid in January and get them all over with. Leaders have been working on this re-org since last summer, and from what I have heard, decisions are already made. Now it's just a matter of "when" the hammer drops.
