Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

Hey the private meetings are for the scores/promotion consolidation and not for these Layoff stuffs. Target is looking for re org for sure this re org will happen over a period of time ( things move slow in Target) .As part of this re org there will be check for ideal size of org and excess from ideal number will be laid off . This may start from January and move slowly for 5-6 months ...big time mass layoff may not happen in order to prevent media attention and hide this slowly below carpet. Some performance basic chunk may happen from Jan-April
