Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

People who were put under the bus for their work, actually did or already doing a good job and the right thing. But sadly the culture at Target is de-credit the people who do good job and only raise people with personal marketing skills, fashion skills and dirty political & influential skills. Big picture - The issue that Target is facing currently is due to the ripple effect of this kind of nasty culture developed by some leaders & managers at Target. Also too many managers and kmgs is a big issue with no real work.
