There are a lot of HR professionals in Target India who don't have work as well. They seems to be in "Do not disturb" mode but can be seen physically chatting , cafeteria. Movie theaters(as claimed personally by some)..Send these empty brained / dress code violating(subject to imagination), useless HR's.
