There is plenty of inventory, more than we can get to at times actually, but just like those let go in August...why let folks take a seat, take the check, but not earn it? The days of enabling failure and poor effort are gone, the time of rewarding hard workers that perform has come. If you are so miserable, go find somewhere else to pay you to whine harder than you work....and if you don't like the Christmas party where money was spent on you, don't go. If we wanted to do a layoff soon, why spend money on a Christmas party?
