Thread regarding State Street Corp. layoffs

I have been working for State Street for about 5 years right now, I work in technology and I can tell you that some of the people we have do not deserve to work here. Job cuts and downsizing would be welcome in some departments, there is very little team spirits and a ton of back stabbing. How are we supposed to deliver anything if the teams do not get along and there is constant shifting of blame if things do not work out as expected. From the expense standpoint, some people are being paid way too much ad they do not do anything and all of us should be happy to see them leave. Finally, State Street's bonus structure is a joke, unless you are a high flying executive you'll see very little in your bonus check if we compare us with our peers.
