Here's what I know from what happened today:
BTT, PM (know for sure that Stores were impacted - even leadership), Support were mainly impacted. Some Finance (10-20), Merch (100) and Marketing (40-60) impact as well.
Tomorrow reorg announcements will be made with BTT getting absorbed in PMCoE and Strategy.
Exempts were given 1 week/year of service severance with benefits for the next 45 days.
Some support TMs have been offered equivalent jobs in TCS.
PM and BA job families will continue to exist in India. Some support/operations jobs will start to pop-up in India too. TI surely has lay-offs (was shared today) but don't know the numbers. Some affected TI TMs will be offered alternate positions. Others will be let go.
No more cuts imminent.
