real cost cutting would be calling back all inpats and ask them to work from offshore to show potential, these days with technology facilities work can be done from anywhere, and not sure what DMs GMs and senior technical folks with huge salary working from onshore, or simply sucking $$. if they comeback at least low salary guys who lost jobs today could have continued. same is applied for expats. target should think seriously about this and cost cutting.
