I hear that HR is holding retention teams. If so then why isn't HR looking over the engagement survey that was taken a few years ago? Yes the one that rated our MANAGEMENT here at CSW! Start by getting rid of THE WORST rated managers in the plant like Andrew P. in facilities. Everyone in facilities HATES him and his crony JD.
