It is disappointing when I continue to see Target cut top talent in the IT space. I can speak to it from a person who has been through being let go, the folks that were cut who were good will have new jobs in 3-5 weeks. It will take Target 3-5 years to find IT folks to replace them given the demand in the current market place and the in job training. I understand that Target's differentiation is marketing but if you want to keep pace with your competition you need a strong IT component.
