It's pretty easy to drill down on the room bookings and Outlook and provide more details -- anyway, rooms are booked by a guy named Xxxxxx.Xxxxxxx in the call center, with the description that Corporate Real Estate has requested the rooms be taken offline this week. Could be true, could be a smokescreen. If you know this guy, maybe drop him a line and see if he has a straight answer or just provides some canned response ...
