I left Target recently, FRS to be a little more specific. At the time there was a rumor that the cafeteria DT was told not to order as much food to start off 2014 b/c there would be less TM in the building at some point soon. I know that's not very strong information, but it seems to corroborate somewhat with what others have heard.
I also heard from LM that there could be some reorganization to reduce/eliminate redundancies across Target, and some areas of FRS might be affected by that based on how they work with TTS. This was discussed in late December.
