Which coe you belong to ,tell us and let us believe at least that CoE works in Target India :) :). PM Coe, PMC are sitting idel without project / portfolio. Testing coe, TCS do all the execution.Tech Coe, vendor developer are spreading every where. Target.com , all controlled by Sapient , where the hell you work then ?
