While your generalities are true, your title is very specific (end of the month). I would challenge posters to at least indicate what kind of reliable source you have - HR, Director or above, or KMG/below. You should be able to do that without risking your anonymity. Would be helpful to be able to filter out when its "my neighbor 3 cubes down knows someone who used to work in HR..."
