To all my colleagues, whatever side we're on, I will miss you. It's too bad that all of us have to pay the price for the failure of our "leaders" to actually lead. They talk a good game. "Innovation" this and "fail fast" that. But in the end they are all full of shit and gutless. We have a CIO that is in way over her head and doesn't have the balls to stand up for her own organization. She was the architect of the first "reorg" and now we are doing it again? EPIC FAIL! I wonder when the board is going to question the value of GS and Tesija. They have failed to deliver on any of their strategies and here we sit.
Good luck to all in your future endeavors.
Oh, and don't be afraid to tell a few people how you really feel. It's good for you and the risk of burning a bridge is OVERRATED!
