Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

You are right on DOL WARN. They have to file it and we would know if that had taken place. However, that only covers us thru 2/9 or 3/9 as I believe they have to do it only 30 or 60 days in advance. Overall, there is a ton of hype on this site, so take everything with a grain of salt. On the other had, I've been following what's happening with Sabre Tech on this site and it looks like they are letting 100s of people go w/out WARN notices filed, I guess there is a work around (they spread layoffs over time and over geographic locations) - I am just a coder, so my legal expertise is fairly minimal :-)
