Now my question to the readers of this site... do you believe that 15 people to be laid off ONLY counts the people that work in the USA at Sabre Holdings --- OR --- would it count people world wide?
I believe the labor laws of the US only applies to the USA.
Someone else has noted that Poland has different laws - that may apply.
Oh the joys of a global corporation - it get's to pick and choose the laws it will abide...
