The strategic objective is to outsource as much IT work as possible and eventually shut down all India operations owned by Target. This will be done within next 48 months and is on the strategic roadmap. The reason you see TCS and other take more work even though the quality is not there, is simple, we want to focus on what we do the best and let the Indian outsources take care of off shore IT work. It a straightforward objective and Target is just one of many companies taking this approach.
