For VP's & above, their bonuses were calculated as "5 - 10% higher than last year" according to the e-mail from HR.
Management in IT only cares about themselves and their bonuses. Bella, Vin & those below are here for 3-5 years to grab as much cash as they can and then they'll be out, end of story. They don't care anything about the common employee, just themselves.
