Thread regarding Raymond James Financial Inc. layoffs

This is definitely not the RJ that I knew and loved. I understand that the new management is creating a hostile work environment. That is their goal. Tear the company down from the inside out and drive people out. But this is not HRs fault, it's not operations fault, it's not Memphis' fault and it is not even the fault of the people that have slept their way to the top. This is top down poor management. We are an RJ family in our hearts and always will be. And though you may not always agree with your colleagues or former colleagues now, we have ALWAYS supported one another. Don't let this management make you become less of a person than you are. I may not work at RJ anymore and certainly would not be proud to say I work there if I did. But I will always be proud of the RJ family that I knew and the way people banded together to help and support each other. Still at RJ and Loves it may have no other options. She has been there for a long time and not everyone has the talent, skills and drive to excel at another company. I respect anyone that tries to make the best of the situation they are given. As far as her attitude toward others. She may have been at RJ a long time, but she is certainly not part of the RJ family. Or at least not the caring people that I knew to have worked there. There will always be a few bad seeds.
