As promised; more for "still at RJ and love it". Since the IT reorgs, it has become more difficult for our business units to get requests done; many times due to lack of resources. According to Bella's indications during meett, we are on a plan to roll as much self-service systems and tasks to branches. That is a large wirehouse mentality; and Bella's background. It will not be welcomed by many of our producers who came to RJ to get away from that environment. From what I understand about operations, maintaining expertise and service level is becoming struggle. Stock analysts continue to question when reduction of administrative costs will continue. 200 cuts made and costs still remain high. I would wager that Bella and her managerial recruits combined salaries are close or higher than savings from staff cuts. You "know where we've been" ..... yes up until now one of the most successful regional-national firms when lead by TJ, DZ, and old company.
