Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

The COE model is a big flop but no VP/Director will acknowledge it. This created UN-necessary roles like delivery lead from COE and PM from PMCOE both doing similar work. Those VP needs to be fired..Vendors took advantage of this excessive distributed delivery model to make quick buck. Acknowledge the miss and dismantle the COE (current form) . We need to be in business focused teams than current COE. Now each team is looking at different parts of elephant and interpreting differently. Control the Vendor better and we can reduce their head count for same delivery.
