There is bad management throughout the company not just in IT and the Good ole boy system is strong. Problem is most of the good ole boys are bringing buddies that never perform. The problem is just not in IT….HR and Business Units too. People are jumping ship like the place is on fire. After putting your sweat and tears into something for so long it is hard to just leave, but it has to be done. Life is not good at RJ and it is now a place where idiots get hired and hard work goes unnoticed.
