Both TCS and fake FTEs need to be removed. I think it is this combination that is most unproductive. Some CoEs have more fakes than others. Test CoE leading on the fakeness and what is even worst is that the very fake people even get promoted by marketing themselves and dangerously putting others down. This is their only talent, which has nothing to with Testing expertise or quality. 80% fake here. So pity & sad....
