Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

Target will surely use the appraisal scores this year to fix the mess they got themselves into. They still have not learned much lesson as there is KMG recruitment happening even now. Some new SDM have joined TI !!. Looks like HR is working Tangentially .They need to stop these recruitment's and look for Internal realignment. There is no need of so many SDM/DM/KMG here. Just throw 50% of them and we will be better off. Developers are doing all the work and these Managers are just asking status. 3 people to ask status for 1 developer(me)..Funny company.PM from PMCOE , Delivery lead and Intake Manager from COE. Feeling awkward here
