Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

In target India This lay off was any way coming, if some one deliberately want to act blind no one can help. In Target India KMG leadership has

promoted people just by doing initiative ( Actually Time Pass). Most of the places Vendor has captured the work. Employ are just supervision role , how long company can run like this people get promoted without doing any serious work creating duplicate useless role ? You dont need a consultant to find inefficieny , just ask a developer , they can tell where the unwanted FAT is . This a top heavy company. If any layoff has to happen , should start at KMG/ Leadership.
