promoted people just by doing initiative ( Actually Time Pass). Most of the places Vendor has captured the work. Employ are just supervision role , how long company can run like this people get promoted without doing any serious work creating duplicate useless role ? You dont need a consultant to find inefficieny , just ask a developer , they can tell where the unwanted FAT is . This a top heavy company. If any layoff has to happen , should start at KMG/ Leadership.
