Target needs to tighten the Vendor Management like Wall mart. TCS/Wipro shiver there to give a proposal with fake data.Their SOW is so strong they had made Wipro work for free for issues they created in 2007 . Here TCS does so much of crap work in Application support but gets ignored by Mpls Team. Blank Cheque to Vendor is not a good idea. TCS is like a leech sucking blood from target
