Thread regarding Raymond James Financial Inc. layoffs

Just came across this site, and wow it's a hell of a read (and yes I went through evey line). I'm just going to rip the bandaid off and say it, you people are truly pathetic !!! You agreed to do a job and for years you've been paid well to do it. The firm owes you nothing !! The "culture" was WAY too soft. BS and no previous accountability. You people do nothing but bitch and take anomyous shots at people. Did you ever think that YOU may be the problem !! Best thing that could happen to RJ is that they continue on the path that they are going and that they manage every one of you unproductive people the hell out. You could be part of the solution but you perfer to blame EVERYONE but yourself. Oh yeah and for those that reference that they have been laid off before... HELLO !!! Don't you see a pattern, you are poor performer and given the choice nobody wants you.. Want to be happy? It starts with you. Ok now flame away because that's what you do.
