They tried to sell Target India to Wipro and TCS in past but looks like got dropped due to agreement on minimum business commitment to them . Now there are no buyers now as Target is reducing IT spend so Vendor may not gain much by buyout but sit and milking might be better. some Minneapolis managers get lump sum money from Vendors and supported them. Now these vendors are killing their jobs...Now at least be more cost conscious...strict Vendor Mgmt and kicking bad performers frequently will ensure TI is competitive...Many Minneapolis leaders don't like TI
