Capital One has a long, repetitious history of Hirings/Firings and Out Sourcing Jobs to Foreign.
Happens routinely about every 2-3 years.
It is never seen that Media Favorites, that Capital One Executives obviously can't manage
their employees, as their resource, or that they just use and abuse them routinely as their policy.
